Our IT team works according to the agreed Service Management Plan and methodology like ITIL. The team processes planned daily events and reacts to your specified incidents or requests raised through our support system. Our term plans are prepared and monitored using Kanban methodology and collaboration is delivered accordingly to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
We will take care of monitoring your service availability, capacity management and performance profiling of your IT infrastructure.
