Personal development plans
With a quarterly counselling given by a senior mentor, you will have the ability to define your development goals, receive guidance and share your progress
Working within a highly experienced team is an immense source of personal development, experience, and, most of all, fun. The development of cloud-based systems adds another dimension to that as well
The teams are given four hours weekly, solely intended for book reading, keeping up with trends or solid domain knowledge studies.
External training courses are used to broaden employee competencies in the areas linked with the organization’s competencies development strategy.
During the initial training period, you will be guided by a project manager to help you fully understand your role in the context of other team members. As a R&D team member, you will be working in multidisciplinary project teams within a Scrum process on the engineering of its execution, enhanced with the project execution framework. A holistic team experience means that you will be cooperating with people in roles such as Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Software Developers, Quality Assurance, and Configuration Managers.
Similarly, as a Service Delivery team member, you will be provided with the assistance in getting on track with the team. Frequently becoming a Service Delivery team member means you will be part of geographically distributed team focused on a flawless delivery and support of the product. Within the team, you will be able to cooperate with professionals and specialists with a background in IT Operations, Service Desk Support, ITIL, and other, mainly technical, roles.
The official project/operation language is English, as the company targets foreign markets. Every Tuesday we try to use English in the office in order to develop our speaking and social skills in that language.
